Jackson got braces!

Jackson turned 12!

He had lots of homework on his birthday. And yes - that's a school issued iPad. Grades 2 - 8 have them in our district. I can't STAND it! UGH!

We had a quick family selfie before Thanksgiving.

I absolutely loved our Christmas tree and having the lights on. Hanging out in the den at night was my favorite.

Friday Favorites

It's been a while since I did a Friday favorites link up so I thought I'd jump back on the wagon! So here we go...

It was definitely a favorite to see Turner (and my brother and SIL) this past weekend. He is a six year old FULL of energy. He loves playing with my boys but he likes playing with Jackson the best.

And this is what happens when you try to get a picture of 4 boys!

Who is the happiest here? That would be ME!! It's back to school time after 2 weeks off for Christmas.

Thanks mailman. I'm super excited to FINALLY get my shoes but you could have placed it a little better on my porch. It took 5 extra days because the first shipment was destroyed and sent back to Zappos. That's the Post Offices story so I guess I'll stick with it.

I'm trying to make this a favorite. So far I like my Emily Ley planner but it isn't an Erin Condren. I am trying to be a little more frugal so I'm telling myself that I LOVE this smaller planner.

My hometown is hands down a favorite! I'm in a small-ish town but it's growing. (Hear say is we are getting a Starbucks! WooHoo!!!) Anyway...we went out to dinner Tuesday night so we had to check out the new sign in the coolest little area. I'll show that area soon!

And my most favorite would have been celebrating with our 9 year olds!! Eekk! I can't believe my babies are NINE!

NINE

Happy Birthday Miles and Carter!

It's hard to believe they are NINE!

It seems like they were just this tiny...

And now they are BIG boys!

Miles is laid back and easy going. He loves riding his bike and playing video games. He is quick to help us set the table because this boy LOVES to eat. He is a boss at dealing with Carter and his wild ways.

Carter is ALWAYS talking and on the go. He doesn't like to sit still and he loves Legos! He is very loving and caring. He will be the first to hug you and then ask to play with your iphone.
