10 Items in my Car

This is too fun not to participate!! I keep some random items in my car that I think are super important.  Other people may not think so!

Trash bags.
Carter likes to get sick every now and then so I pass him a trash bag so he can toss his cookies. :) If I ignore him he usually doesn't have throw up. And I use them when I actually clean out my van.

Notebooks. You  never know when you will need to write something important.
My little bag of tricks. I need to restock this little gem. Michael is always asking for something and laughs when I actually have it. I keep dental floss, wet wipes, band aids, a nail kit, anti bacterial cream and hand sanitizer.
I have my car gum, (I have gum for the house and my pocket book as well) two pair of sunglasses, and my pens. I also have some spare lego pieces.

Maps of the mountain from the rental company

and one of the all the houses for rent.

And a SC highway map. WHY? I can't read a map worth a cuss. And that's not a lie!
I have ALL types of napkins and my most treasured item in my car would be a pair of scissors. I bought them years ago when I had to change my licence plate and needed a screw driver to get the plate off. I had to buy the scissors to open the screw driver. Haha!! And I just them more that I will admit.
An umbrella is always in my car.
I keep this bag for groceries or items I do not want rolling around in the back.

I recently added this bag in case I need to keep something cold.
Tissues and baby wipes. Do I need to explain?
Most important....my SONIC money.

Thanks for the fun link up, Erin! We should totally be BFF's since we both drive gray Toyota Siennas! Your van is a lot cleaner than mine!!

Hello Monday

I'm linking up with these ladies today!

The boys and I had a very low key spring break. We enjoyed hanging out not doing too much except eating! :)

Cracker Barrel makes Mondays a little better!!

We met my Aunt Kay and Austyn (her great grand daughter) for breakfast and had so much fun even though our service stunk. When we went to pay the lady in front left enough money to pay for all of our breakfast. WOW! We have heard of paying it forward but it has never happened to us. It was such a sweet surprise!

After lots of errands (and a trip to Barnes and Noble) we made it back to my mom's house. What did Carter find right time he stepped out the car?

This.

Tuesday we mad a trip to the library. All 3 boys found a couple of new books.

You know it's been a good day when you have to strip on the porch and wait for your turn in the shower!

And I planted my lettuce and the rest of the garden. I'm trying my lettuce on my porch this year.

We HAD to go back to Florence for a Barnes and Noble run because Jackson wanted a Pokemon set. When we pulled in my mom's this was in her pond. Can you see the bird? We all had fun watching it until he flew away. She has lots of wild life around her house.

Walking to the bookstore from lunch.

The famous pokemon table.

What's spring break without a trip to the doctor? One boy has a wart on his foot and another has a ugly fever blister.

This is the life. It's too cold to swim but hot enough for the water hose!

The boys went over to play with a friend and his little brother.

My favorite twins! :)

And we wrapped it up with a wild Friday night at a local restaurant.

Thanks for the fun link up!!

Hello Monday

It's

And we only have 9 weeks of school left. :)

We had a great Easter weekend. We went to my mom's house Saturday afternoon and had a wonderful time with our families.

All the kiddos ready to hunt the eggs.

I made them pause for a quick picture during the hunt.

Turner had a blast with all of the big kids.

Jackson and Austyn (my cousin's daughter). Austyn is 6 weeks older than Jackson and they have so much fun together.

Here they several years ago... :) I'll have to dig around for their earlier pictures.

Sunday we headed to church and then to Michael's parents house for a yummy lunch. I didn't get any pictures from lunch. opps!

Easter Sunday
My boys looks so handsome! (And yes...Carter has on two different socks. Haha!)

Michael and I had to get a quick selfie before church as well.

Happy Monday! We are off to party hard this spring break...at the Cracker Barrel. We are meeting my Aunt Kay and Austyn. :)
