Everyday Life Week 25

June 18 - June 24

These boys are happy playing with dirt!

Father's Day was celebrated with Halloween costumes!

While J was at soccer camp we went to the bookstore!

And we went to the Splash Pad which was awesome!! The boys are old enough to play without me following them around. They know the rules and they stick to them.

AMEN!!

We made a couple of Sonic runs during happy hour!

And we swam! Jackson and Carter rather stay under water than on top. Miles is getting there. He has to do it on his own time. But all 3 love playing in the pool and this mama doesn't mind either.

What's Up Wednesday

Not much! We have had VBS this week so the boys and I have been eating at church. Michael is on this own this week!  I can't wait to plan my meals for next week and start cooking.

These three are probably going to be made this coming week. I found all of them on Pinterest.

These wraps look tasty and hopefully my boys will eat it. I have 3 picky eaters which is no fun! I'm a great short order cook these days.

This is broccoli and chicken stuffed shells. It has Alfredo sauce and spaghetti sauce. It sounds strange but it's delicious!

I have made stuffed peppers with hamburger meat and rice but not chicken. I hope they taste as good as it looks! It has chicken, cheese, peppers, salsa and hot sauce. How can it NOT be good?

Waking up to this view!

I am having fun with my boys this summer!

Grocery shopping takes twice as long but at least we have fun doing it! They want everything they see and random items do get thrown in the buggy. I have to keep a close eye on them.

We have played outside a lot! I think all kids need to play outside. Too many people let their kids stay inside and play video games all summer. Not me! We play outside and get dirty!

Camps and more camps with a week of VBS and swimming lessons! We have had something every week since school got out. It's been a busy summer so far and I've loved every second!

Miles and Carter went to a camp at Lakeview Club. This is the first summer camp for them and they had a blast! It was only for 1 1/2 hours each morning for a week.

Jackson went to soccer camp at Coker College. It was an all day camp and he was hot, tired and stinky when I picked him up each day. The highlight of the camp - eating lunch in the cafeteria and visiting the bookstore. Haha!! He did learn more about soccer and can't wait for next year.

This is Miles and Carter's group during music one night. I am helping with their group and it's been an experience to say the least. Sixteen 4 year olds is a handful! I love to hear the things the kids say.

Jackson's friend from school is going with us and he is having a blast. They learn so much and play super hard! All of us are tired when we get home!

Swimming lessons are going better this year! No one cried the first day and they all swam like champs. Now if they only learn to sit on the steps when the life guard tells them too.

Not too much except the heat but I will not complain about it.

Everything and nothing. There's so much I NEED to do around the house but I have not accomplished any of it! I've been busy playing and hanging out with my boys! First up I need to sort Miles and Carter's clothes and get their dresser drawers in order! They are not the same size anymore so its time to give them their own drawers of clothes.

THE MOUNTAINS!

Sitting on this porch....

looking at this view!

I've been watching...

AND

I love reading!

This book was so good. I loved it!

And speaking about Colleen Hoover... I've read most of these books. Ugly Love was the latest one I read and it was good! But, I have not read a bad book from her.

I also have this one to read. I read Kristy's first book and it was pretty good. This is her second book and I can't wait to see if it is as good as the first.

only my boys playing and fighting and whining and having fun!

My summer uniform...shorts and t shirts! I do dress up and put on my heels for church.

We are celebrating the 4th of July!

A week without a camp! A week to hang out around the house and SWIM!

And that mountain vacation.

Not one thing!

Beach Week

My boys.

They were ready to go to the ocean before we got everything unpacked. After dinner went took them down to play.

How true is this? This made me laugh so hard!!

We had to play inside one day because of the rain. We went to the mall early in the morning and then playing at home the rest of the day.

Everyone loved the puzzles! And it aggravated some of us too.

A rainy day view from our porch.

Nothing beats rocking on the porch watching the ocean.

The boys loved the pool.

I am not naming anyone but I was the only person who did not eat a single doughnut!

See. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It didn't matter. Some one was eating a doughnut.

It took Carter 5 minutes to start jumping in the pool.

We had a pretty red sky one night over the inlet. This picture was taken from the upstairs balcony on the front of our house.

The boys loved watching the fish at the aquarium.

I liked the sharks swimming over us.

Jackson liked them too.

Guess who didn't want to attempt to touch the sting rays? Haha!!

Miles would have gone in head first if I let him. They didn't come close enough for us to touch.

Swimming and more swimming.

Goofballs.

The boys loved playing pool. Miles called it table bowling for a while!

I love pictures like this! Jumping waves!

And more jumping.

Jackson wanted to ride the waves in and would not let any one help him.

Carter liked the help and LOVED riding the waves!

Jackson finally got the hang of it.

And Carter would have done this all day!

Miles enjoyed it for a little while.

But he had other things to do like play in the sand.

My little sufer dude!

My friend the crab.

Do you see the dots on the horizon? There were lots of boats out there!

It's safe to say we all had fun at the beach!
