Michael and his dad replaced the light in our kitchen this weekend. Of course Jackson wanted to help. I guess coloring under the ladder is a big help in his eyes!

Bird Update
Our baby birds are growing!! I can't believe how big they have gotten in just a week. I am going to be sad when they fly out of the nest.
Happy Birthday Miss Amanda
I told Jackson Saturday morning that it was Miss Amanda's birthday. He just smiled and went on playing. About an hour later he ran to me and said it was time to make Miss Amanda a birthday card. So we pulled out the construction paper, markers and glue stick. He had a blast making this for her!

Waiting on Pop
Jackson was too funny Tuesday morning. After he ate breakfast he got dressed and called Pop to come pick him up. We had to open the door and wait for the Blue Rocket (Pop's golf cart) to pull in the drive way. He even packed his book bag with toys. Jackson was in hog heaven spending the day with Pop!
Miles and Carter - 5 Months
5 Months
The past 5 months have flown by! It is super hard to get good pictures of two babies at the same time. It takes 2 people these days. One to snap the picture and one to be a clown.
Painter
Michael stained the front porch last weekend. When Jackson spotted him he HAD to get dressed to go help out. By the way - Jackson picked out his clothes. People should start painting in soccer shorts and spiderman boots! Jackson loved painting the porch (with Michael's help)!

We walked in the den one night and this is how Jackson was watching television. After Michael grabbed the camera Jackson HAD to show off a little.
Pool Time!
Alright. So this isn't the pool you were thinking about. Jackson says he doesn't like pools. Last year he would not get in one. Something spooked him early last summer (at the Y pool we think). He hasn't been in one since. We are taking baby steps to get him back in. He takes baths in my soaker tub each night with lots of water. He splashes around and has a blast. I bought this little pool last year on clearance for the twins. I wanted to see what Jackson would do if I told him it was just for him. He had a blast playing in it. Hopefully in the next week or two we can get him in a larger pool. One with more than 5 inches of water!!

Last Soccer Game
Jackson kinda played soccer this year. He would practice some but did not want to play against the other team. He loves to play at home so hopefully next year will be better.
Watch out David Beckham!

Some special ladies came to see Jackson for his last game. I didn't get a picture of Amanda and Samantha but this is their mom - Mrs. Martrano (Jackson's 3k teacher). Jackson told Ms. Amanda that she had not been to watch him play soccer so they HAD to come to the last game. Side note: Jackson and Mrs. Martrano hug every morning when Jackson walks into school. He wiggles a certain way to let her know it's alright to put him down. Isn't that sweet!!
Jackson did not want to get his medal or trophy from Coach Scott. I picked him up and placed him on the bench for this picture. He wasn't happy with me. But, he got over it really fast!!

Pop's Birthday
Pop's birthday was on Easter Sunday this year. It was fun to have birthday cake and an Easter Egg Hunt all in the same day. Jackson was excited! I think he ran a little faster due to all of the icing he licked off of his cake.
Easter Sunday Outfits
I'm a slack mom! I didn't get a picture of the boys before church. I'll try to do better from now on. Jackson did look a lot neater for church and had on his "Sunday" shoes. The twins did not have matching outfits. Miles had a "new to me" smocked outfit on while Carter wore one of Jackson's smocked outfits. All three boys were adorable - like always!

Easter Bunny Visit
The Easter Bunny left a basket and a bag full of goodies for all 3 boys this year! Boom made all of the baskets and bags for the boys. Aren't they they cutest? Can you see the carrots in the picture? The bunny ate most of them and then made a smiley face out of his leftovers!
