After the snow

The boys were pooped. They sat on the couch playing games on the iPad and watched a movie. 

My remedy for frozen toes...my fleece lined leggings and my ugly boots. I felt like a little girl wearing this but I got warm! And no one but the kiddos saw me! 

 We made Snow Cream!

Miles had to be the first to stir the lovely cream. It really looked nasty at first.

Then Carter had a turn.

Jackson was hesitant about trying it. 

All 3 tried it...

Jackson had 2 bows...

Carter had 2 bowls...

And Miles sampled it. He rather have pizza. 

Snow Day!

The Snow Pictures. 

All 3 boys were super excited that it finally snowed. They waited all day yesterday. Once they were sound asleep last night it finally started snowing. Just their luck! 

Everyone had fun running, making snow angels and riding on the sled. Every time I looked at Jackson he was eating snow. Carter had to eat some too because he saw Jackson doing it.  

They didn't want to come in but my toes were frozen and Michael had to go to work.

If Jackson asked once he ask a million times... When's the snow going to start? 

Carter decided to start playing inside the toy chest after he played with everything else in the house. 

And Miles fell asleep around 5. 

Spring Fever??

Miles and Carter had fun playing outside yesterday. I have a feeling we will be outside a lot this spring and summer. I think it is safe to say we are getting spring fever!

Carter always goes straight to the dirt pile. 

Miles likes to head to the "playground".

And this is how he likes to swing.

And eventually he heads to the dirt.

Carter put his pants on all by himself.  He might be starting a new fad with the backwards pants. 

I'm glad Michael got a load of dirt last year. With Miles and Carter's help it might be gone by the end of summer one bucket full at a time.

Carter likes to slide too and he like to say "ta da" when some one is watching him.

Boys and Baby Gates

A good brother reads to you while you sit on the potty!

And...a good brother tries to help you over the baby gate. 

Two of the baby gates are gone! Miles and Carter love going up and down the stairs. All. Day. Long. I did put a baby gate upstairs so they can't get into our office. 

This looks so strange to me. A baby gate has been up since Jackson started crawling. Miles and Carter love brushing their teeth and washing their hands. My fingers are crossed they are potty trained soon!

One Year Difference

Miles and Carter had a great birthday party at the Play Zone.
