Bugs

Carter had a "bug" last week. He was perfectly fine and then late Sunday night he started with it. We were up most of the night so he lounged around Monday. Here's what he and I did while the others were away.

He watched cartoons for a while. I had quilts on the couch just in case. What this picture doesn't show is the dish pans and dish towels I had every where for him. I was prepared! 

He had to pour his own drink.

He played a little iPad.

I did get him to stretch out on the couch for a while and this happened...

He took a good nap. Carter isn't a napper. He is scared he is going to miss something. He only naps when he is sick.

Thank goodness this lasted less than 12 hours. It took him a while to get his energy back but we were able to contain it to just him.

The boys had fun celebrating Dr. Seuss's Birthday this past week at school. They had hat day, silly sock day, favorite book day, bow tie day and character day. 

This is true. My boys love to read!

Sunday Fun!

Their Daddy is teaching them at an early age how to have fun - southern style.

It's Baseball Time!!

Jackson had a blast at his first ball game. All of the boys did an excellent job. The next few months are going to be super busy between Jackson's baseball games and soccer games. (All 3 boys are playing soccer!)
