Shoot the Moose

A while back Michael started playing "shoot the moose" with the boys. The boys run around and Michael tries to shoot them with a Nerf gun. All of them have fun. We were playing outside Sunday afternoon and they boys wanted to play. They ran and ran and ran. And then laughed so hard they fell.  They were pooped when it was time to get ready for church.

3k Valentine Party

Miles and Carter had their Valentine's Party early.

Miles didn't want to eat with the rest of the class. He sat at the teachers table. And was happy.

Carter ate with the rest of the boys and talked to one of the other moms the entire time he ate. Then they played or tussled until I fussed at them.

They would not be still long enough to get a good picture together.

They did a little craft and my boys loved the glue sticks.

Carter being Carter.

After the party they sang and danced.

Well. They really went on a bear hunt.

After the party they were all about the candy. This is their first taste of Fun Dip.

And Miles loved it!

Who needs SNOW??

Who needs snow for a sled ride?

The boys were pulling a rope behind their Jeep so Michael decided to pull them behind the golf cart. I'm not sure who had more fun - Michael, the boys or the dogs!

Everyday Life 2015

Day 29 Thursday
Carter had a quick trip to the doctor. He hasn't been eating much and says his stomach hurts. But - I think he is being stubborn. Since starting some medicine he is eating more.

Day 30 Friday
These two skipped school and ran errands with me. They also picked out their clothes and snow boots.

Day 31 Saturday
Michael took the boys out for hair cuts and I switched out the magnets on this board. Carter noticed within a minute of walking in the house and had to straighten them out. OCD much?

Day 32 Sunday
Michael went out to the shop to do a couple of things and I needed to get some stuff done inside. I gave the boys a new pack of Lego's and told them to have fun.

Day 33 Monday
I asked Carter to pick out something for breakfast. He came back with a pack of gummies and a Ding Dong. I did let him eat the gummies but he had to put the Ding Dong back.

Day 34 Tuesday
Jackson has started reading really well over the past few weeks. He loves to read!

Day 35 Wednesday
It may not be the Ding Dong he wanted for breakfast Monday morning but this boy ate a big chunk of cake! See...he is starting to eat!

Bow and Arrows

The boys got bow and arrows for Christmas. We went to open them Saturday and realized they would shoot up to 150 feet. Opps! Not an inside toy. But it came with little bows that they were able to play with in the house. Last Sunday afternoon the weather was nice so we went out to play. The boys had a blast playing with them.

Miles had to dance a little before he shot his arrow.

Still showing his moves.

They had to run get the arrows to shoot again.

Carter was loving it!

And he got the hang of it very quick!

Jackson was a pro!

Apparently all of that running make you tired.
